Featuring great sightseeing, the hotel's location turned out to be a hidden gem. The nearby Orchard Beach, with its vibrant atmosphere and sports courts, felt like stumbling upon a treasure trove. It was a delightful surprise - like finding a hidden gem in a thrift shop.

I chose this hotel for a work training session and found the business center and 24-hour front desk very convenient. The staff was helpful, and the computer station made it easy for me to stay connected and productive during my stay.
The one service that I missed for my work was the lack of a reliable room service. It would have been helpful to have the option of having meals delivered to my room while I was focused on my training sessions.

Great location near Bronx Terminal and Yankee Stadium. Convenient for exploring the area and catching a game. Walking distance to a mall with plenty of dining options. Rooms werevery comfy and tidy, providing a pleasant stay. Breakfast buffet was a nice bonus and helped start the day off right.
Serious security concerns observed. Lobby disturbances caused by non-hotel guests entering and shouting with staff.

I booked this hotel last minute for a one-night stay and was pleasantly surprised. The staff was friendly and check-in was quick. The room was beautiful, spacious, and impeccably clean. The location was convenient, close to the metro station, and within walking distance to the Bronx Zoo. The hotel also offered a complimentary breakfast buffet. a great experience.
Can't recommend highly enough this hotel.
